Picture hanger 110x35mm (art-00/29)

Handcrafted picture bow hanger in natural brass, 110mm wide and 35mm high. This item is made using sand casting, a technique that involves creating a mold using special sand onto which the piece to be reproduced is placed. Once the earth has been compacted around the original piece, it is removed and molten brass is poured into the remaining empty space.

After cooling, the mold is broken to extract the rough copy. The next step involves a manual finishing process involving filing, brushing, chiseling, and polishing to achieve the finished product. Since these are handcrafted pieces, there may be slight variations in weight, size, and finish.
